About TOSS Au Pair Service
When you choose TOSS au pair services, you choose quality, support, and personalized guidance. We understand that every family has unique wishes and needs, and that not every au pair is the perfect match. Our matching process is carried out with great care and selectivity. We are here to provide support, even when challenges arise. We know how it feels, and in such cases, we assist both the host family and the au pair in quickly finding a suitable solution.
You can always reach out to us for tips, questions, or assistance. We also support our au pairs who may need guidance, especially during the initial phase of their stay. In their first month, we invite them to an orientation course where they can learn about Dutch culture, get tips and ideas for activities with the children, understand the cultural shock they might experience, and more.
To ensure the year runs smoothly, we maintain regular contact and evaluation moments. We also stay in touch with the au pairs by inviting them to events, helping them explore the Netherlands, and connecting them with other au pairs.

With a passion for the au pair program and as a psychologist, she has a deep understanding of human behavior and the dynamics that contribute to a positive, healthy relationship—key elements in the au pair experience. Her personal journey has been shaped by diverse cultural exchanges, including her own life-changing experience as an au pair in the Netherlands. These experiences not only gave her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to create meaningful cultural connections, but also inspired her dedication to help both au pairs and host families navigate this unique exchange.
Having lived as an au pair and worked with host families in the last years, she truly understands the challenges and rewards of this experience from both sides.
Her mission is to provide personalized support and guidance to help families and au pairs build strong, fulfilling relationships. Based on her experiences and expertise she carefully matches families and au pairs, ensuring that everyone’s needs and expectations are met. With a focus on open communication and cultural understanding, she’s here to help make your au pair journey as enriching and smooth as possible!
